By using the Platform you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Partner details: name, business name, mobile number, email address, shop address and KYC documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST certificate and bank account details) submitted during registration.
- Transaction details: service used, amount, biller or operator, reference numbers, date and time, and status of each transaction.
- AEPS data: Aadhaar number and biometric data are captured on certified devices only to complete the transaction and are passed in encrypted form to the bank / NPCI. We do not store biometric data.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, login time and activity logs, used for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use information
- To register and verify partners and complete KYC.
- To process transactions and send receipts, alerts and service messages (SMS, email or WhatsApp).
- To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised access.
